Sauna Rules
The below sauna rules must be followed by all persons using the sauna in any given rental

Shower before entering to keep the sauna clean.

Bring a towel and sit on it to protect the benches.

No outdoor shoes inside the sauna. Shoes will melt and get hot on skin.

Limit your time (see session recommendations below).

Stay hydrated. Drink water before and after use.

Avoid alcohol or drugs before or during sauna use. There is no smoking or alcohol allowed in the sauna. Please also refrain from bringing glass inside.

Enter and exit quickly to maintain the temperature.

Monitor the temperature and read the Sauna Operation & Safety Guidelines.

Do not pour water on the stove. This is a DRY sauna!

Listen to your body. Leave immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell.

Cool down between sessions. We recommend jumping in a nearby river, taking a cold shower, or laying in the snow! Part of the overall benefits of sauna kick in when your body property cools between sessions.

Be careful of the wood stove, DO NOT TOUCH IT, it is HOT

Supervise children closely.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons. Using the sauna alone is not recommended.

Sauna temperature must not exceed unsafe temperature (190F, 88C).
Sauna Safety & Operation

Sauna must remain stationary and secured during length of rental. At no point should the sauna be moved.

Only wood may be used in the wood burning stove.
-
No use of accelerants, gasoline, or flammable liquids.

Maximum occupancy: 10 persons.

Sauna temperature must not exceed unsafe temperature (190F).

No standing on benches or roof.
-
No smoking or alcohol inside sauna (drinking alcohol while using the sauna is extremely unsafe)

No glass containers inside the sauna.

Users must remain hydrated and exit the sauna if feeling dizzy or unwell.

Use of a sauna can present health risks. Individuals with conditions such as heart disease, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, respiratory conditions, heat sensitivity, or other conditions should consult a physician before using the sauna.

The renter acknowledges that the use of the sauna involves inherent risks including burns, dehydration, heat exhaustion, slips or falls, and fire hazards.

The renter voluntarily assumes all risk and responsibility over all individuals using the sauna during the rental term.

The renter is responsible for all damages during rental period. Damages include but are not limited to fire damage, water damage, trailer damage, and missing items or equipment. Repair or replacement costs may be added to the total charge of sauna rental.

Please do not use the sauna within 2 hours of it being picked up to allow for cooling of wood stove prior to movement.
